Nautilarm Xtreme (Marine) Changes Trading Name
April 3, 2009 – Nautilarm Xtreme (Marine) boat alarm and monitoring system returns to Myerchin UK trading name.
Following the successful launch of the Nautilarm Xtreme in 2008, changes of personnel within the venture have led to a return to the well established trading name of Myerchin UK, a name trusted within the Marine market for the supply of high spec rigging Knives. Originally launched under its own trading name ‘Peak Maxim Marine Services’, the changes have brought about a simplification of the Nautilarm Xtreme (Marine) brand and distribution structure.
Managing Director Trevor Antell explained “the Company details remain unchanged as Myerchin UK and Peak Maxim Marine Services were both formerly trading names of Accordant Marketing UK Ltd. However due to personnel changes the company was keen to drop the trading name of Peak Maxim Marine Services as it had become apparent that the Peak Maxim name had links to other trading ventures that were not part of the company in anyway what so ever”.
He went on to say “all of the key designer/manufacture partnerships remained in place and that the changes have brought about a strengthening of these relationships. Product development was going from strength to strength with several new ‘add on accessories’ and new products at or nearing launch. Customers that already have our systems will continue to benefit from the full support as before, but we have further improved after sales adding to these benefits”.
When asked to give an example of the new after sales benefits Mr Antell replied “We have always taken a stance that our after sales has to exceed the experience the customer has enjoyed during initial consideration and purchase stages and this remains one of our key objectives, but to give just one example our customers will soon be able to upgrade the functionality of their systems without the need to replace their existing hardware. A simple connect in ‘dongle’ sent out to the customer will enable the uploading of a later version of firmware, the prices have yet to be finalised but will offer an excellent value for money way of our customers keeping their systems up to date.
Further information on this and other new items will soon be available at www.alarmmyboat.com , customers could also call us on 01305 251971 or e-mail on sales@alarmmyboat.com for more information.”
